I have been attending Jo`s classes for over a year now. Originally at the gym but since lockdown at home via zoom! Having been a pilates fan for about 20 years I can honestly say that Jo is the best instructor I have ever worked with. Her instruction is clear and positive and she is able to monitor all class members via zoom and able to direct individual class members as needed. Four classes a week and I am hooked- much stronger, fitter and toned. I cannot recommend Jo highly enough. Thanks Jo- a super Pilates Fairy.

I have attended Jo's classes now for over 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed them and keep going back for more. Jo is a great instructor who cares about every individual participating in her class and she takes the time to make sure that everyone's technique is right so that you can get the most out of every move. Jo provides modifications to suit all abilities so that you always feel you get a good workout. Definitely feel my core strength has improved. Jo asks about any weakness/ injury you may have so that she can advise you on which moves to avoid or to do more of! Would definitely recommend. Zoom classes have been great and provided a welcome routine to the craziness that has been the COVID pandemic. Thanks Jo. :)

I have focussed on Pilates and walking over the lockdown and will continue beyond based on the amazing sense of well-being and strength I now have. My core strength is fantastic, I am lean and in fact feel I have grown an inch with all the lovely stretching. I surprisingly do not miss high impact. This is all down to having an amazing motivational and dynamic instructor of course called Jo Pearson who, despite doing all her classes on zoom seems to be able to direct us and adjust us to get the best outcomes. I cannot recommend this class enough, young or old. Everyone benefits. I still feel part of a class as everyone’s energy is felt. Thanks Jo!

I have always loved Pilates and I particularly love it with Jo. I have been going to her classes for 2-3 years now both at the gym and over Zoom and it is never as good with anyone else! Jo’s classes focus on different areas to keep the classes varied and interesting while also using well known moves and exercises so you can always improve. I feel fit, flexible and calm after every session. It has also helped me get stronger after an operation, after a car crash and any time I have been feeling stressed. Jo loves Pilates which is infective and comes across in every class. She also manages to treat you personally and remember your abilities and needs even though she teaches so many people. I can’t imagine not doing Pilates with Jo! ✨

Pilates is the best thing I've found to strengthen my core, improve my flexibility and help sortout a problem bulging disc. Jo makes the classes fun and caters for all sorts of levels by providing options for each exercise depending on how much you can do.

I've been going to Jo for a few years now. Her classes have helped me recover from problems caused by childbirth and a back injury. She gave me individual exercises when I couldn't do the standard ones and always respects each persons ability during the class. I had problems with my back. Regular Pilates sessions have strengthened my core and eased pressure on my back. I learned how to help myself by using the stretching exercises we practice in class. Result......no more back pain! Jo listens to any problems you may have and helps you target the areas at a pace & level suited to you. Super tutor, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I hurt my back several years ago, my core and belly muscles were weak and really knocked my confidence. After two C-sections I thought it was too late to do anything about it (my children are 14 & 11). Then I went to one of Jo's classes. Jo as been amazing and helped me build up, not only, strength but confidence to gain back what I thought would be lost forever. I’ve been going to Jo’s classes following two lots of surgery for ACL reconstruction. It’s been 18 months now and what a difference the sessions have made to my overall flexibility and wellbeing. Jo is patient, there are different levels for each exercise so that you can build up your core strength over time - there’s no rush! Jo is more than a fairy, she’s a star!
